Just An Overview…
Come join a growing product in our Orem office! This is a client services position that helps maintain our client’s website product. You will take inbound calls from our clients in Australia, help troubleshoot website problems, and implement solutions.

If you are tech savvy, strong in written and verbal communication, and have a good eye for design, you would be a great fit for our team! *No advanced coding skills necessary.*

Schedule…
Here’s a quick breakdown of the schedule. Since Australia is 16 hours ahead, you will work Sunday to Thursday. Shifts will vary as the time changes occur in Australia.

Full Time

  • March to September:  4:00 PM - 1:00 AM
  • October to February: 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM

Part Time

  • March to September: 9:00 PM to 1:00 AM
  • October to February: 8:00 PM to 12:00 AM

To give you some props for being a night owl, you’ll be paid a shift differential of +15% on top of your base compensation.

 

Compensation: $13+ DOE (Plus 15% for working the swing shift)

  • Full time positions are eligible for benefits including; Health, Dental, Vision & 401k.
  • This is an entry level position with lots of room to grow.

 

What You’ll Be Doing…

  • You’ll be providing excellent customer service and a quick turnaround time on customer requests.
  • You will have the opportunity to field calls from our clients in Australia.
  • Implement requested changes for clients in a timely manner.
  • Submit work tickets to Website Designers.
  • Provide basic photo edits and adjustments.
  • Meet demanding efficiency deadlines.
  • Learn more about SEO best practices and industry design.

 

What You’ll Need to Succeed…

  • You’ve been there, done that! You have a minimum 1+ years, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Attention to detail is your forte!
  • You have the ability to openly accept feedback and collaborate well with others.
  • Others would describe you as having a strong motivation to achieve personal goals.
  • You have a strong willingness to learn and adapt quickly to new challenges!
  • Your verbal and written communication skills are beyond compare!
  • You have an eye for good web design.
  • You have excellent time management skills.
  • You’re at work and on time, on a day to day basis.
