Just An Overview...
In this role, you will manage the full lifecycle of our website build product. We work with small to medium sized Australian businesses and help them create or update their online presence. If you are well organized, have an eye for design, and possess strong customer service skills, this could be a match for you!


Here’s a quick breakdown of the schedule. Since Australia is 16 hours ahead, you will work Sunday to Thursday. Shifts will vary as the time changes occur in Australia.

Full Time Shifts:

  • March to September:  4:00 PM - 1:00 AM
  • October to February: 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM

Part Time Shifts:

  • March to September: 4:00 PM - 9:00 PM or 8:00 PM - 1:00 AM
  • October to February: 3:00 PM - 8:00 PM or 7:00 PM - 12:00 AM


What You’ll Be Doing...

  • Gather design and content preferences from clients through showing a curiosity for their business.
  • Communicate design preferences via written description to our design and copy teams.
  • Act as main point of contact to clients and respond regularly through email and phone.
  • Complete team goals for efficiency, customer service, and quality.
  • Oversee that websites are completed accurately and on time
  • Show a consistent ability to deliver a quality product in a way that satisfies customers.
  • Increase knowledge of design standards.
  • Manage 25 to 40 accounts.
  • Achieve average KPI metrics within 3 months of joining the team.


What You’ll Need to Succeed...

  • You’ve been there, done that! You have a minimum 1+ years, providing exceptional customer service.
  • You consistently demonstrate a positive attitude in responding to difficult client and team situations.
  • You have a talent for problem solving.
  • You have the experience providing exceptional customer service over the phone.
  • Your written and verbal communication skills are second to none!
  • You're effective with self-directed work.
  • You’re at work and on time, on a day to day basis.

Non-Required but Valuable Skills

  • Ability to dominate at most board games.
  • A killer Australian accent.
  • Ability to shoot a nerf gun with deadly accuracy.


Compensation: $13.00+/ hr DOE (Plus 15% for working the swing shift)

  • Our full time positions are eligible for benefits including; Health, Dental, Vision & 401k.
