Just An Overview…
Are you a fast-working, task-oriented person? Do you have an eye for detail and enjoy working with words? If so, then we need you! Boostability’s BoostSites Team is comprised of website designers and content writers. As a Website Copywriter, you will be responsible for writing engaging marketing content for our sites. You’ll be using your writing skills and talents to write engaging marketing content for each client.

Boostability provides on-the-job training to help you grow as a writer while meeting client expectations. We are looking for ambitious and fun team members who have exceptional English grammar knowledge and a desire to expand their skills. Schedule:
This position is part-time (25 hours per week).

  • Afternoon Shift: Monday - Friday 1:30pm - 6:30pm

 

What You’ll Be Doing…

  • You’ll write engaging marketing content for websites of varied length.
  • Review all areas of content provided by clients and edit for grammar, spelling, overall accuracy, organization, and information.
  • Write featured sections of content to direct site visitors onto other pages while using best SEO practices.
  • Organize copy for legibility.
  • Participate in weekly trainings and critique meetings.
  • Compile website copy in Microsoft Word documents before sending them to the next step for implementation.
  • Write in a way that makes website copy readable and scannable.
  • Be flexible and willing to help out the team in other areas as needed.
  • Take part in training and research using various resources to better your writing knowledge and skills.

 


What You’ll Need to Succeed…

  • A fun, positive personality and an enjoyment for writing marketing content.
  • The ability to openly accept feedback and collaborate well with others.
  • Attention to detail is your forte!
  • Experience with AP style guide preferred, but not required.
  • You are task-oriented and thorough.
  • You possess a strong understanding of correct grammar, spelling, and sentence structure.
  • You have experience in content marketing.
  • Your written and oral communication skills are beyond compare!
  • You have excellent time management skills and are able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Others would describe you as a fast learner! You can grasp new concepts quickly.

 

Compensation:

  • Part-Time $11-$13/hr DOE
