Just An Overview...
We have an opening within the Boostability Partner Team and are seeking candidates for the position of Partner Manager. This position serves as the primary point of communication between the partner and Boostability while driving revenue by owning all facets of communication, planning, strategizing, training, and positioning our products with partners. This person will serve as the partner liaison owning responsibility relating to the success of the partnership. contractual fulfillment issues, service level agreements, key performance indicators, process and quality management.


What You'll Be Doing...

  • Manage strategic relationships with important Boostability partners to work out the contracts, details, functions, and logistics of our partnerships.
  • Conduct quarterly business review with partners to highlight success, progress on key initiatives, and areas for future partner growth.
  • In collaboration with other departments and managers, identify current marketing trends and key partner interests and concerns to provide advice on business decisions.
  • Manage communications to maintain favorable partner perceptions of Boostability accomplishments and work.
  • Work closely with internal teams at Boostability to add system enhancements or functionality which contribute to increased revenue across the entire partner channel.


What You'll Need to Succeed

  • Experienced in building and maintaining high profile partnership relationships and communication with core business leaders.
  • Strong digital marketing and campaign building knowledge.
  • Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills. Good business and interpersonal instincts, judgment and high integrity.
  • Need to be able to articulate detailed and concise points and ideas both internally and externally by phone and email.
  • Strong project and process manager, clearly demonstrating the ability to juggle competing priorities; can prioritize and work through issues with occasional supervision. Take ownership of projects, exercise creativity, and critical thinking.
  • Works well under pressure.
  • Practical SEO knowledge.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, including public speaking.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail while working under tight time constraints.
  • Effective strategic and creative thinking.
  • Self-management skills and self-starter attitude highly valued.
  • Willing to travel for work.
  • 3+ years working experience in key stakeholder or partner relationships building and marketing.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing or related field.
