As an Executive Assistant, you will be offering administrative support to our executive team.  Our Executive Assistant will need to be organized, detail-oriented, flexible, creative, committed, passionate about his/her work, pleasant, and prepared to do whatever is required with a professional disposition. They also must be extremely professional and possess great communication skills. Due to the visibility of the position, the Executive Assistant needs to work well with all levels of company staff.

What You’ll Be Doing...

  • Calendar activities and meetings for executives and their teams, as needed
  • Arrange travel plans
  • Coordinate tenure
  • Plan and execute bi-yearly corporate parties
  • Establish relationships with hospitality services and venues, including hotels, restaurants, and event centers
  • Credit card reconciliation
  • Process remote check deposits
  • Incoming and outgoing mail
  • Answer phones and greet visitors, filtering accordingly
  • Perform general office duties
  • Order and stock supplies
  • Handle confidential and non-routine information, records and files
  • Order catering, snacks, and beverages for meetings and team lunches
  • Special projects and other administrative duties as assigned
  • As needed, take minutes, prepare agendas and act as recording secretary; prepare action item lists
  • Perform other related duties to support the executive team and Company as requested by management
  • Backup coverage for front desk reception and phone coverage as needed
  • Run errands for the Company and Executive Team, as well as running between the different offices as needed (a valid driver’s license is required)

  • Expertise with word processing and spreadsheet software, strong Internet skills

  • A minimum of 2 years administrative experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent

 

Compensation:  

  • Salary, plus benefits. DOE
  • This full-time position is eligible for benefits including; Health, Dental, Vision, HSA, & 401k.

 

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM

This position reports to the CEO.
