Just an Overview…

This position welcomes new SEO customers for multiple partners, verifies vital customer information, present the customer’s SEO strategy including initial keyword research, obtains necessary logins and introduce the customer to their SEO Client Services Team.

Compensation:

  • $10-$14/hour DOE
  • This full time position is eligible for benefits including; Health, Dental, Vision & 401k.


Schedule: Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm. Regular and predictive attendance required.

 

What You’ll Be Doing...

  • Works with a team to help clients progress through the SEO Account Setup Process.
  • Complete On-boarding Calls with new SEO customers by verifying customer information
  • Present initial Keyword Research and SEO strategy.
  • Obtain/Create Google Logins for the SEO product.
  • Obtain Website Access from the client.
  • Answer initial questions about the SEO product.
  • Introduce customer to their SEO Client Services team.
  • Maintain great customer satisfaction score averages.
  • Meet department Service Level Agreements.
  • Complete assignments from On-boarding Specialist Team Lead.
  • Overcomes common client concerns and objections to the product.
  • Work closely with fellow team members.

 

What You’ll Need to Succeed...

  • 1+ years of Customer Service Experience - Both Phone and Email.
  • Proficient in Google Apps and Tools (ie: Gmail, Drive, etc).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Ability to work fast and accurately with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to complete assignments by set deadlines.
  • Ability to present one’s self professionally through phone and email.
  • Ability to build value in products and processes with new customers.
  • Positive Attitude and Trustworthy.
